You are busy playing the VALORANT? Then there is a high probability that you did not receive some items from the Battle Pass. Riot is currently taking care of this problem.
With the release of VALORANT on June 2nd the Battle Pass for the first season was released. If you pay about 10 Euro you can get items from 50 levels. At least that should be the case.
But currently there is a glitch, which prevents unlocked items from appearing in your collection. This means that when you reach a new level you unlock an item, but you still can’t equip it.
For KR + JP + OCE +APAC players who didn't get their battlepass + contract rewards at launch, we've rolled out a fix and you should see it in your accounts.

The error has already been corrected in some regions. Nevertheless, Europeans, all Americans and some other players still have to wait for the patch. With the fix you will be able to use all items you have already unlocked and continue to level the Battle Pass as normal.
