As Pokémon Unite makes its way to mobile platforms, a new feature comes to the game that boosts items to level 30.
Developer Nintendo added a new tool to the MOBA Pokémon Unite last week. Players can now use a new item booster that can be used to equip their favourite Pokémon with great power.
What are Super Item Enhancers?
“Super Item Enhancers” are basically item enhancers with an upgrade. This means that they can be used to level up a portable item. The trick is that the Super Item Enhancer directly increases the selected item to level 30. If you have already levelled up the item with a normal item enhancer and then use the super item enhancer, you get the normal enhancer back again.
How do I get a Super Item Enhancer?
Whoever wants to test such a Super Item Enhancer is in luck. There are currently three enhancers to collect. Simply go to the event overview and search for an event and a mission for a Super Hero Item Enhancement. There you will find a description of what you have to do to earn an enhancement. However, you have to reach a certain trainer level to unlock the enhancements.
How do you use an amp?
Did you plug in the super item enhancers? Very nice! If you want to use them now, just put them in your item box. There they are listed under Consumebale Items. From there, they can be applied to any wearable item and instantly raise it to level 30. Since Pokémon Unite has been accused of a “pay-to-win” format several times in the past, this change is a positive surprise.
