The first Weekend League in FIFA 22 has started and because of the new system the community players get picks which are very confusing.

Finally the Weekend League in FIFA 22 has started and the players who could qualify for the Champions Finals played their 20 games. But the Player Picks, which were given as a reward, were partly different than expected.

Game errors, glitches and bugs have been part of the EA Sports football simulation for years. In FIFA 22 especially strange free kicks, penalties and tall players provide WTF moments.

FIFA 22 Player Picks on the Transfer Market

This year, whoever qualifies for the Weekend League and collects enough points for the first ranks will receive at least one Player Pick from three TOTW cards. This has so far always been a red card that could not be traded on the transfer market. Streamer Petkus and many others have had a different experience this weekend.

Without thinking much about it, Petkus took his two player picks, which were rather modest with Foden and Azpilicueta, and saw, as usual, the classification “Move” above each card. However, above the red and actually untradeable card of Foden, a total was displayed indicating that it could be sold.

EA reacts to tradeable player picks

Publisher EA Sports has already responded to the incident and taken out the Player Picks for the time being.

Accordingly, all those affected should receive their player picks as soon as they are returned to the accounts unchanged.

Players like Tim Latka noticed this incident during the Weekend League and helped themselves on the transfer market. In the Communtity, they were happy about the possibility of being able to sell the cards.
