For the Vanguard integration, the developers wanted to add a FOV slider for Call of Duty: Warzone, but it will not be available at launch on 09.12.
When it was announced for the latest CoD spin-off, it was said over and over again that we would finally get the long-awaited FOV slider with Vanguard. However, the launch of Warzone: Pacific on 09 December disappointed many gamers.
Field of View and crossplay has always been a big issue in Warzone. For example, console players have long had the disadvantage of seeing less. Accordingly, hopes were high that this difference would finally be eliminated at launch. Many players are therefore visibly disappointed.
That’s why many expected the FOV slider
Many gamers are disappointed partly because the developers announced that Warzone: Pacific is based on the same technology and engine as Vanguard. There, the game has that setting.
But after the integration, apart from the new map, hardly anything has changed. So the Battle Royale still hangs in the client of Modern Warfare (2019) and runs on the original engine.
