The second season in CoD: Warzone is getting closer and therefore the excitement is rising. We show you what is already known about Season 2.
Warzone Season Two starts on 14 February with new content. There are already several leaks circulating about weapons, operators and map changes. We show you what to expect in Call of Duty’s Battle Royale.
Operators Gustavo and Anna with new weapons
Some dataminers have already been able to find the two operators Anna and Gustavo for Season 2. In the process, they have discovered a picture on which new weapons can also be seen. Gustavo is probably carrying an Armaguerra OG-43, but also rifles like the Chauchat, KG M/40 and some shotguns can be seen.

As far as some of the images. The weapons seem to be Chauchat, KG M/40 (LMG), and some other shotgun.
The map shown is likely the alps map which will be for ground war.

Caldera changes
The new warzone map Caldera is seen as rather lacking by some players. Raven Software seems to want to start here, because thanks to some tweets it is expected that the map will receive various new buildings and points of interest (POI). Whether this will improve the map decisively, we will only find out with the start of Season 2.
Is Rebirth Island disappearing?
The map Rebirth Island is used in Warzone for shorter and faster matches, which are nevertheless played out in Battle Royale style. But according to some leakers, either a completely new map will replace Rebirth Island or a new version of the map will be created. Some also suspect that a rotation could then take place between Rebirth Island and the supposedly new map. However, this is only speculation.

Redeploy balloons and new aircraft
In another leak it could be seen that there will probably be a new aircraft soon. However, this could clash with the Redeploy balloons, the tweet says. Redeploy balloons already exist in games such as Apex or Fortnite. They are used so that players:inside can move quickly across the map by being catapulted into the air again and then, as when landing at the beginning of the game, can fly far with their parachute. However, it is still unclear exactly what this will look like.

Gas weapons
The same leaker, has also found out that due to the Nebula-5 gas of the convoys, more gas weapons may be implemented into the game. These should then be found in the bunkers of Caldera, so as Loot on the ground.
