Cyberpunk 2077 gets four new flats with patch 1.5, which you can buy with expensive Eddies. We provide you with all the info – and how much the fun costs.

Cyberpunk 2077 offers a huge open world with Night City, but until patch 1.5 V could only be or call her own one flat there. This has changed with the latest update for the role-playing game, which is why we are revealing all the information about the new properties, upgrades and prices in this article.

All info about the new flats after patch 1.5

How many flats are there?

With Cyberpunk 2077 you will have a total of five different flats at your disposal:

  • Mega Building H10
  • Northside
  • Japantown
  • The Glen
  • Corpo Plaza

When can I buy new flats?

In Cyberpunk 2077 you can buy new flats as soon as you have finished Act 1. Specifically, this means that you have visited Takemura in Tom’s Diner, i.e. completed the Playing for Time quest. As soon as you leave this point in the main story of Cyberpunk 2077 behind you, you can buy the new properties.

How do I buy new flats?

To buy new flats after patch 1.5 you have two different possibilities:

Log into the network in V’s standard flat with your PC. Call up the in-game website EZEstates there. There you can choose between the four different properties that are for sale and buy new designs for V’s Standard Apartment.
Once you have completed Act 1 of Cyberpunk 2077, a new quest submenu is available in Vs Journal. Select the side quest for the flat you want to buy and follow the signpost. Once there, you can simply buy the flat on the spot.))

How much do the new flats cost?

The four new flats available to you vary quite a lot in price. You can find out how many Eddies you have to pay for each of the different properties in the following list:

  • Mega Building H10: Free of charge, Vs Standard Apartment
  • Northside: 5,000 Eddies
  • Japantown: 15,000 Eddies
  • The Glen: 40,000 Eddies
  • Corpo Plaza: 55,000 Eddies

Do I have to pay rent for the new apartments? No, if you purchase a new property in Cyberpunk 2077, this does not involve recurring costs. You only have to pay the purchase price once for the flats, there are no additional costs.

What upgrades are available to me?

For V’s standard flat in the mega-building H10, you have six different styles available for purchase. You cannot customise the design of the other four flats – their furnishings cannot be changed. Changing the design of V’s Standard flat costs 10,000 Eddies each. You will have access to the following six designs:

  • Dusk on the Coronado
  • Moon stillness
  • California high ten
  • Neon Sand
  • Flamingo City
  • Tiger and Cyclamen

Can I own several flats at the same time?

Yes, you can own all five properties at the same time in Cyberpunk 2077 after patch 1.5. So you don’t have to give away a home if you want to look at a new home for V. However, you will not be able to sell properties once you have purchased them.

What can I do in the new flats?

The new properties in Cyberpunk 2077 basically have the same functions as V’s standard flat: You can shower, sleep, surf the internet and access your stored weapons and items. However, the new flats also have small side activities, this is what you can do in each case:

  • Northside: No special sideline
  • Japantown: Put on record, play guitar, light incense, smoke cigarette, drink whiskey
  • The Glen: drinking coffee, putting on a record, sinking billiard balls
  • Corpo Plaza: drink coffee, put on plate
