Nobody would have expected Dead Man’s Diary from the developer TML-Studios. After all, the German studio is primarily known for various bus simulators, so a post-apocalyptic survival game is a surprising next step.
Despite this, Dead Man’s Diary, released on 30 March 2022, looks incredibly good in the trailer, and even more so in the images on (Steam). First Steam reviews also praise the game for atmosphere and graphics, but also criticise bugs and some design decisions.
The game is said to offer 50 hours of playtime thanks to a large world that invites exploration and a “rich” story. In addition, Dead Man’s Diary promises puzzles, as well as survival and crafting mechanics. The game is currently available on (Steam) for 20 Euros.
