This week many exciting games will be released on Steam. In particular, construction fans can expect an exciting week with a great selection.
It”s getting busy: After last week”s release of Stray, the most requested game on Steam for a long time (read our review), this week is all about building games.
Whether you want to (re)build cities, start a manga studio, or run your own bed-and-breakfast, there should be an exciting PC release on Steam this week for every construction fan.

Highlight of the Week: Sweet Transit
(Genre: Building Strategy – Developer: Ernestas Norvaišas – Release: July 28, 2022 (Early Access))
The main build-up game of the week is called Sweet Transit. The title is actually a classic city builder, in which you start by building a warehouse and residential buildings and taking care of the needs of your inhabitants.
But the real focus is on the railways: These are the only means of transport in the game and are therefore essential for the growth of your villages. You use them to connect different production sites such as sawmills, farms and mines so that passengers and goods can be transported between them.
Over the course of the game, your small settlements will develop into thriving towns as you continue to optimise and automate the route network.
Our author Kevin has already had the chance to play Sweet Transit. In his preview you can read (why he thinks the construction game is really promising.)
