The signs for a release next year are not bad. Because Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has recently received an age rating from the ESRB. A rating from the German USK is still missing, however.

Whoever wants to play The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom in the US must be at least 10 years old, according to the Entertainment Software Rating Board. This is according to the product page of the ( American Nintendo Store) . This gives the upcoming game the same age rating as its predecessor, Breath of the Wild.

For a game to receive this rating, there must be only mild/cartoonish use of violence. In addition, only mild strong language may be used and sexual acts may only be implied in mild form.
