The famous racing game series Gran Turismo turns 25! And in keeping with the birthday, there is a trailer with a look back at the beginnings. Although the series has been console exclusive so far, this is also interesting for PC gamers. Because Gran Turismo is published by Sony themselves, who have been bringing more and more of their former exclusive titles to the PC for some years now.
In the video you can see scenes from all the previously released parts of the series, starting with Gran Turismo, which was released for the Playstation in 1997. Then it goes on to the latest part. You can see the graphic progress in particular.
Rumours based on the GeForce Now leak that Gran Turismo 7 is getting a PC release have only recently been denied by the developer. However, many of the titles mentioned in the leak have since been released, or at least officially announced, for the PC. Among them Returnal, Sackboy and God of War.
