The latest gameplay footage for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty shows clips from the Tianzi Xiang region. IGN Takes those interested on a ten-minute exploration tour in which new weapon types and enemies are introduced.

A sunny bamboo grove, pretty watercourses and rugged mountains – this is how the region of Tianzi Xiang presents itself in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. But what would one Souls-like be without its challenging enemies? After all, we’re not in a walking simulator.

So the gameplay video shows fights against water demons, wolves, oversized hedgehogs and a giant toad. As the game of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty progresses, our character equips himself with a wide arsenal of weapons. In addition to a longbow, this includes two swords and a battle staff. By also incorporating the environment into the battle, players can gain a tactical advantage.

For example, in one scene in the fight against a water demon, our hero climbs up a small rock pillar to be able to attack the opponent unnoticed from above.

Fans are also excited about the gameplay. On the one hand, many take note that the feedback given from the beta has been implemented. On the other hand, they confirm that the beta was already great fun and that they are already very much looking forward to the imminent release.

Fortunately, the release is no longer too far away. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be released on March 3 for Xbox (including Game Pass from day 1), PlayStation and PC. Find out more in our (Overview).
