Which new games are coming to PC Game Pass in February 2023 and which ones are leaving the subscription? We have a first list for you!
The Game Pass library for PC gamers will be expanded again in February. While not all of next month”s games have been announced by any means, three highlights have already been announced – including dark role-playing hit Darkest Dungeon and shooter hopeful Atomic Heart.
But for a window to open, a door often has to close first (or so), so once again some games will be leaving Game Pass in February. We”ve got all the info for you and will keep you posted as soon as the rest of the month”s games are announced!
Darkest Dungeon
(Genre: Role Playing Game – Developer: Red Hook Studios – Release: 19 January 2016 – In Game Pass from: 2 February 2023)
Actually, you hardly need to explain what Darkest Dungeon makes it so brilliant – after all, it is one of the most popular turn-based games ever. And while Part 2 is still simmering away in Early Access, you can now play the beginning of the madness at your leisure in Game Pass!
If you love dark atmosphere, real challenges and sweaty decisions (and also want to see your role-playing party go mad), you can hardly go wrong with Darkest Dungeon.
Hot Wheels Unleashed – GOTY Edition
(Genre: Arcade racing game – Developer: Milestone S.r.l. – Release: September 30, 2021 – In Game Pass from: February 7, 2023)
If you like to have a really fun racing experience without having to read a manual on realistic driving physics first, but don”t want it to be Mario Kart, then Hot Wheels Unleashed could be your answer!
This arcade fun racer does without items and weapons, but adds a track editor à la Trackmania and of course a nice dose of toy nostalgia.
Atomic Heart
(Genre: Shooter – Developer: Mundfish – Release: Feb 21, 2023 – In Game Pass from: Feb 21, 2023)
Atomic Heart has already completely captivated shooter fans with its first trailer – after all, the bizarre world with its original creatures is reminiscent of the best days of single-player shooters à la Bioshock.
Despite great first impressions there are still some doubts as to whether Atomic Heart can really be as good as it promises – but fortunately you will soon be able to play it quite innocuously with the Game Pass subscription.
