Yesterday afternoon, The Outlast Trials was launched in Early Access on (Steam) and in the (Epic Games Store) . The reviews published so far paint a positive picture.
When The Outlast Trials was announced, the question was whether the series” recipe for stealth success could also work in multiplayer. The Early Access, which started yesterday, now provides an extremely positive answer to this.
The more than 2,000 positive reviews on Steam praise the insane gameplay, which is also able to scare a group of up to four players. Especially the fact that you are chased by naked people seems to please many fans. (What is actually going on with the Outlast community?!
Another positive aspect of The Outlast Trials is that Early Access seems to be going without any major technical problems. Interested parties can fully engage in their gameplay experience and not still have to deal with annoying bugs and other issues.
The developer Red Barrels has not yet given a first conclusion. Probably after the weekend they will say a few words about the launch, which has been positive so far.
