Hotfix 1 for the role-playing game fixes, among other things, a save game bug that could hit you so far. We list all the changes and fixes for you

Baldur’s Gate 3 is a gigantic role-playing game. In terms of scope, there probably hasn’t been a title in a long time that has so much content to offer. It’s inevitable that a number of bugs will hide in plain sight of your party and strike at the most inopportune moment, spoiling your gaming experience.

Hotfix 1 for Baldur’s Gate 3 will help you. The first software patch already fixes over 150 bugs and also has a solution for a serious problem that has plagued many fans so far. If you want to dig through the complete list of changes yourself, you can find the changelog as usual on page 2 of this article.

The first software patch is already available.

Finally save to PC without any problem

The best news right at the beginning: Finally you can save your game state on the PC without quirks again Before the patch, many fans complained that their game was acting up. According to developer Larian, the cause was the cross-save feature, which was temporarily disabled

What else is being fixed? As mentioned earlier, more than 150 issues are being addressed, including classics like crash causes and cosmetic UI inconsistencies, of course. What is striking, however, is how many bugs related to the role-playing game’s numerous cutscenes have been fixed.

Our review has also received a major update! It’s now a whopping two pages longer with info from Act 2 after 50 hours of play and a preliminary score box including scoring tendencies.
