Irelia will be the focus in patch 11.14 for League of Legends. She is set to receive some adjustments to all of her kit’s abilities
.
Game Designer Phlox from Riot Games shared a first preview of the next patch coming soon to League of Legends on Twitter on Thursday. After major changes to the game system and minor changes to champions in patch 11.13, the next update will apparently focus particularly on melee champion Irelia.
Hey everyone!
Irelia's got some changes coming 11.14 that will be on PBE later today. Nothing on PBE is final so please let me know what you think!

The planned adjustments could still change before the release of patch 11.14, which is set for 8 July. According to the plans posted by Phlox, Irelia will get an additional 110 health points per level instead of 95 and would thus become stronger in the late-game. On the other hand, the lower values of magic resistance and health points would cause her problems in the early game.
Q-Mobility could be reduced
The Dash on her Q ability is supposed to have “significantly less” movement speed according to the current ideas of the people in charge and thus won’t let Irelia bounce back and forth quite as jauntily as before. In addition, it is planned that the Q skill will cause less damage to Minions. As compensation, the maximum possible damage of the W skill would be significantly increased.
The travel time of the E skill should no longer be dependent on the distance, but should take 0.25 seconds by default for each instance. In addition, the skill was originally also no longer to be used during a Q-dash. After criticism on Twitter, however, this change was removed.
We've heard your feedback on Irelia from PBE and the earlier post. There's a balancing act between counterplay and satisfaction and this swung too far, so we're reverting the lockout on casting E mid-Q.
This should be in the next PBE deploy.

For the Ultimate, it is only planned that it reduces the cooldown of the Q skill after casting depending on the level of the spell. These changes already went live on the League of Legends test server on Thursday evening.
