A leak has revealed the first information about the new Call of Duty game to be released in 2024

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Gulf War
The latest CoD title has barely been on the market for a few weeks when rumors about its successor are already doing the rounds. After it was assumed in 2022 that the campaign of CoD 2024 would deal with “Operation Enduring Freedom” and “Operation Iraqi Freedom”, new information suggests a different conclusion.
According to a report from WindowsCentral, the new Call of Duty will be set in Iraq and the early 1990s. According to internal information, the new game will be called Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War and will deal with Operation Desert Storm and the CIA’s involvement in the operation

The new title would be the sixth game in the Black Ops series and has been in development by Treyarch for some time. The studio has been responsible for all Black Ops games to date and therefore knows what makes a good Call of Duty
Desert Storm & Zombies
As revealed in a leak in mid-July, the main character will be called “Ratcliffe”, who shares a name with British SAS veteran Peter Ratcliffe. After his service, he wrote several books about his experiences in the British elite unit and became a spokesperson for veterans suffering from PTSD

Ratcliffe, who is best known for his book “The Eye of the Storm”, also took part in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, which took place in Iraq between 1990 and 1991.
Fans of the extremely popular zombie mode can also rejoice, as the leak has confirmed that this will once again be an integral part of the game. Traditionally, however, it will once again be turn-based and not played in an open game world with extraction mechanics as in Modern Warfare 3.
The report also mentions that players who pre-order Gulf War will receive early access to the zombie mode, which should last several weeks
