The Finals appeared all of a sudden and quickly became a success: the arena shooter is currently one of the top 10 most played games on Steam – despite review bombing.

As a Free2Play title, The Finals relies on an in-game store with microtransactions – but there is strictly cosmetic content to buy.

The same applies to the Battle Pass, which contains 100 levels full of skins, outfit parts, emotes, stickers and other bits and bobs. The theme of the first season is Las Vegas (one of the launch maps of The Finals), so things are pretty glamorous. Even Elvis is there! Cost of the Battle Pass: 1,150 Multibucks (equivalent to around 10 euros)

Nice side effect: If you play through the Battle Pass, you get the same amount back and can unlock the Battle Pass for Season 2 directly in April 2024!

The Finals is being developed by ex-Battlefield makers at Embark and relies on unprecedented level destruction: Almost every object on the maps can be broken – from desks to multi-storey apartment buildings.
