How does Dragonkin play?

Dragonkin is a classic action role-playing game in which you control a single character from theIso perspective through a dark fantasy world.

You can choose from four hero classes, each drawing their powers from a specific type of dragon. In addition,a dragonlingwill accompany you and support you in battle. The four hero classes known so far:

  • The Barbarian: The classic melee fighter who strikes hard with axe and hammer. He commands the forces of ice.
  • The witch: She casts her spells from a distance, keeping her distance and using electrical powers.
  • The Knight: A melee fighter equipped with a lance and shield. Thanks to his fiery powers, however, he is also dangerous from a distance.
  • The Archer: A huntress who uses arrows, daggers and traps. Her special abilities include poisons.

A special feature is the ancestral grid This mechanic is designed to let you develop a wide variety of builds from the four basic classes. You receive abilities as loot from your enemies, which you can then place in the grid. You can then use numerous modifiers to define your playstyle

Create, create, build houses

Another special game mechanic is the city you call home. You decide how the city develops by improving buildings or finding new inhabitants, equipment and services.

You can experience the whole thing both alone and locally in two-player co-op online you can go hunting for the dragon lords with up to four players

There is only enough information so far for a first impression of Dragonkin: The Banished.
