In Helldivers 2, players are supposed to protect humanity, but sometimes the worst enemy lurks within their own ranks

Helldivers 2 is actually a cooperative game. Squads of up to four members defend Super Earth all over the galaxy. However, all the bullets, grenades and orbital attacks are just as deadly for the players as they are for the bugs and robots

Helldivers 2: Player lures the unsuspecting to their death

The Reddit post by BuschidoBrownTheGamer was actually about something else. The player complained about team members who prefer to defeat hundreds of enemies instead of completing the mission. Pointless, in his opinion, because there are only rewards for the latter.

Stop shooting at every goddamn thing you seeW

However, the comment from Reddit user Prudent-Pressure2536 is causing a stir and hilarity. The player reports about a friend who has made it his mission to spawn as many enemies as possible on the map.

Then he lures the many enemies by firing across the map with the laser pistol across the map. The weapon doesn’t do much damage, but it has a fairly long range.

Once every bug or robot has been lured in, he uses the SOS-Barke to call in two more Helldivers, who then find themselves in absolute chaos.

This is what the community says

“That’s so sadistic, “ commented Reddit user SethFeld Poor-choice-doer however, would like to meet this friend and show him his build for “maximum accidental team fire. “

Others are excited, rl_fridaymang just sees “a Helldiver who likes a challenge “  Avilola says: “Sometimes a little chaos is fun. “

While some are busy surviving the diabolical plans of teammates, others are keen observers. Some players claim to have found evidence that a third alien race is already on the battlefields.

What do you think of the nasty player? Simple fun that doesn’t harm anyone or would you be annoyed by such an encounter? Feel free to let us know in the comments
