Highlight of the week: Elden Ring – Shadow of the Erdtree

Here your character will be transported to the mysterious Shadowlands, a new area hidden by the Erdtree and said to be at least as big as the previous game world Limgrave. The plot revolves around Miquella, the twin brother of Malenia, who is notorious for her incredibly difficult boss fight.

In FromSoftware’s biggest expansion to date, you will not only explore new landscapes, but also new dungeons full of dangerous enemies and hidden secrets. Shadow of the Erdtree brings with it new weapons, equipment, magic, abilities and of course bosses that will put your skills to the test

  • Republic of Pirates: In this building game, you build a buccaneer stronghold in the Caribbean and send your ships on a raid. You fight in strategic real-time battles.

  • First Dwarf (Early Access): A typical survival game with lots of crafting, base building and everything else you’d expect. Plus dwarves and mechs.

Thursday, June 20

  • Aska (Early Access): Attention fans of Valheim: Another Viking survival game awaits you here, in which you have to manage an entire Viking tribe with several villagers.

Friday, June 21

  • Dystopika: Finally, here’s the third city-building game of the week. It’s not about economics or management, but simply about building the coolest possible cyberpunk metropolis in the style of Night CIty. You don’t have to worry about resources or the needs of your inhabitants. You can currently try out a demo on the linked Steam store page.
