The curve shows:Almost 30,000 Steam users play the title simultaneously after the release.Präntare comments impressively on the screenshot at X:

What the hell is going on here! Almost 30,000 players at the same time! This is beyond my imagination. Thanks to everyone!

However, posting the screenshot was not the end of the story. The number of players subsequently climbed a little further and peaked at just under 34,000. This was close to the all-time peak of 34,508 that was reached after the game was launched in Early Access.

What is Core Keeper about?

In Core Keeper, we are transported with up to seven other players into a cave full of resources and treasures, but also monsters and traps. There we have to build a base and fight for our survival with the help of food and crafting. Because we are actually searching for a mysterious relic, we dig our way further and further into the cave.

In our testwe wrote in relation to Core Keeper that the game was a “diamond in the rough”.At least at the start of Early Access, there was still a lot to do to outstrip the competition. However, the test at that time referred to the Early Access version.

Just in time for the release, there was also a current launch trailer:

In addition to Core Keeper, there are a few other construction survival games in which you not only have to build diligently, but also fight for survival. You can find a current overview in the box above. There you will also find an article on survival games that are very suitable for beginners – because they make it a little easier to get into the popular genre and therefore don’t cause frustration right from the start.
