Improvement of the 3D audio function of the PS5

You can now optimize the sound of the PlayStation 5 with 3D audio profiles, which Sonyhad already announced in July

Measurements are used to optimize the output to headphones that support 3D audio. For this purpose, it is necessary to perform short scans to create the profile.

To create a personalized audio profile, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the PlayStation 5 settings.
  2. Go to Sound ☻ 3D audio (headphones).

Important: In order to use the function, it is necessary to activate 3D audio for headphones and create an individual audio profile through a scan.
