Steam Next Fest has started and you have a week to try over 2,000 free demos of upcoming games.
The first Steam Next Fest 2025 has started and gives you the chance to try out over 2,000 upcoming games for free. While some demos will remain available after the event, others will disappear in a few days. We’ll tell you everything you need to know.

How long will the event last?The current Steam Next Fest endson Monday, March 3 at 7pm After that, most of the demos will disappear from the platform.
For which games are demos available? You can find an overview of all 2,000 games on Steam. However, since this can be very confusing, we will introduce you here on GlobalESportNews two games every day until the end of the event that you can try for free. When is the next Steam Next Fest starting?This year, there will likely be further events in June and October. So if you didn’t manage to try out all the interesting games, you won’t have to wait too long for another chance.
Steam Next Fest isn’t just a great opportunity for players to try out upcoming games. It also gives developers the opportunity to attract (mostly) well-deserved public attention to their titles. In this way, Steam itself ensures that users get to see as many games as possible during the event.
