After Twitch has already adjusted the subscription prices in other regions, there are now also changes in Germany and all of Europe. We show you how much you will have to fork out for Twitch subscriptions.
Through their blog and Twitter, Twitch announced that they are now introducing regional subscription prices for Europe, including Germany. This news comes as little surprise after the prices were already adjusted in other regions.
You can now support your favourite creators on Twitch with a monthly subscription of €3.99 instead of the previous €4.99.

Following greater community feedback, Twitch had already started adjusting subscription prices regionally in Turkey and Mexico in May. According to its own data, five times more subscriptions were given away by viewers as a result. So all in all, it’s a worthwhile change for creators and Twitch itself, which gets a half share of the revenue.
Based on this experience, the streaming platform also adjusted the subscription prices in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and now also in Europe.
All information on the changes can be found in the blog post from Twitch.
