Recent leaks for the upcoming Call of Duty: Vanguard give glimpses of the cover art for standard and special editions of the title. Some game content can also be seen in the images.
Possible content for the upcoming Call of Duty spin-off Vanguard surfaced through datamining on Twitter on Thursday morning. The images of the new title already show some of the game’s content as well as its supposed logo.
Publisher Activision Blizzard last indicated the fourth quarter of the year as the release date for the new CoD game. The title is also expected to be available for next-gen consoles as well as the PS4 and Xbox One.
The new leaks for CoD: Vanguard surfaced on the Twitter account @Earthbound_Fan. Besides the cover image of the standard edition the unofficial imagesalso show a cover for a cross-gen bundle and an Ultimate Edition of the upcoming CoD spin-off.
Another leak on the same Twitter account was deleted by the platform a few hours later, but was uploaded again. The additional image shows a special edition of the game, which among other things lists an open beta phase.

In addition to the official logo of the title, operator skins for the characters Lucas, Polina and Wade can also be seen. The three wear the Breacher assault rifle, the Snowstorm sniper and the SMG Thunderhead respectively, which could therefore also make it into the game.
Vanguard is still waiting for an official reveal from Activision Blizzard or developer Sledgehammer Games. With the last quarter of the year set for release in the publisher’s quarterly report, much of the community is anticipating an official reveal in mid-August.
