Provocative cheers from your opponents will still remain in the game, but EA Sports has a feature for FIFA 22 that means you no longer have to be humiliated.

Who doesn’t know this? You play your matches in the Weekend League at the weekend and are confronted with a game that seems to be completely against you. After several missed chances you concede a stupid goal at the end.

As if that wasn’t enough, your opponent also gives you an excessively long and provocative cheer. FIFA 22 wants to put an end to this.

New feature against provocative cheering actions

In EA Sports’ deep dives on FIFA 22, a new feature has been unveiled to avoid having to mentally do the cheers. We are talking about the goal celebration camera setting, which you can adjust in the game settings. From FIFA 22 onwards, you can decide for yourself whether you want to see your opponents cheer or your own players mourn when they concede a goal. This setting is valid for all modes in FIFA 22.

Admittedly: Who wants to see their own team hanging their heads? Over the years, however, cheering has been used more and more as a tool for provocation. At least this should stop now and those who still want to see cheering faces don’t have to change anything. The default setting leaves everything as it was before.
