As part of the fifth season, the EA shooter will be adding a new game mode for 48 players in just a few days. However, this is an event and is limited in time.
Battlefield 2042 didn’t have an easy start with fans of the shooter series. At its launch in late 2021, the game was heavily bugged and had far fewer features than originally announced.
In the meantime, however, the developers at DICE have stepped up and massively improved the game. The maps have been reworked, the classes work. In the past seasons, new weapons and maps were added; the current fifth season, “New Dawn”, has been running since the beginning of June.
