If you don’t want to level up your weapons, the following action can save you a lot of work. All you need is a mine, a lot of courage and a portion of luck.
Time is money. And it takes a lot of time to level up weapons in Modern Warfare 2 . To shorten the grind a bit, players on (Reddit) have now shared a tip on how you can farm over 40,000 weapon XP thanks to a bug with a single action
This is what you need to do for 40,000 XP
To get this hefty portion of XP, players say you need to head into the Invasion game mode with a Suppression Mine in tow For the following action you will not only need nerves of steel, but also a good bit of luck.
The objective is to climb onto an enemy tank and then throw your mine into the open hatch to give the occupants of the machine a run for their money. Your screen will be flooded with XP notifications. You’ll probably also feel like the main character in an action film. You can see how this plays out in the following Twitter clip:
How to farm Weapon XP FAST in MWII! (Better clip)
Throw a suppression mine on an enemy NPC tank. They’ll stay in the tank getting suppressed until the mine breaks. Important: You have to get the suppression mine right inside the open hole on top to get it to work. pic.twitter.com/rPePGo6UfU

So difficult is the XP trick
This may look easy on paper and in the video, but appearances are very deceiving. On the one hand, it is important to aim well with the mine and to hit the open hatch perfectly.
But the biggest challenge will probably be to get onto the tank alive. Either you will be blown up by the tank itself or another player will catch you trying. Once on top, of course, it doesn’t get any easier, but without cover you are an easy target.
By the way, this trick is only supposed to work on the tanks with an open hatch in Invasion, so the somewhat larger units in Ground Warfare are not suitable for this.
Will you try the trick or do you not want to drive your K/D down because of such a risky action? And what do you think is the best way to improve weapons quickly? Feel free to write in the comments
