Titans in World War II? Leaks hint at Call of Duty: Vanguard collaboration with hit manga and anime Attack on Titan?
CoD leaker Nanikos found evidence of a possible collaboration between World War II shooter Vanguard and the manga “Attack on Titan”. As the leaker revealed on Twitter on Monday, some file names in the game carry abbreviations that point to the invasion of the Titans.

Nanikos shared a screenshot with the corresponding files on Twitter. There you can find the words “swordtitan” as well as “aot_titan” for a possible new operator. What exactly the collaboration might look like, however, is still unknown. Neither Activision nor Sledgehammer Games have confirmed the rumours yet.
Last month, a pop culture crossover already stirred up Warzone: For Halloween, gamers could buy skins for Ghost Face from Scream and Frank from Donnie Darko. The collaboration with Attack on Titan may also only include a skin bundle. The file “swordtitan” could also refer to a new melee weapon. After all, the members of the Scout Regiment fight the Titans with two special blades.
Been quite a few things found in memory dumps for vanguard. The most interesting one being a mention of a “swordtitan” aswell as an “aot_titan” operator.
The theory is that there’ll be an Attack On Titan crossover for vanguard. (Probably sometime december if that is the case) pic.twitter.com/DiPALtUDY6
