The error code 47 causes Call of Duty: Warzone to crash. Here’s how to fix the bug on PlayStation and Xbox
Call of Duty: Warzone continues to be plagued by several bugs and errors. Error code 47 even causes the entire game to crash. Fortunately, the problem can be fixed on the console.
Bugs are not new to the Call of Duty franchise. While some glitches are annoying and can be easily ignored, error code 47 paralyses the entire game. With these steps, however, you should be able to save your CoD score:
Turn off your PlayStation completely.
- Start the console in safe mode. To do this, just press the on button until you hear two beeps.
- Go to the fifth item “Rebuild Database”. This will rebuild the database, but delete the corrupted files.
If the problem is still not solved after these three steps, you can try a second way directly via Warzone.
Go to the system store
- Select Warzone under “Saved Data” (the saved files)
- Deletes all saved data of Warzone
Now the problem should be solved. However, if your game still crashes, your only option is to completely uninstall and reinstall Warzone. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only option for Xbox users at the moment.
Call of Duty: Warzone has MAJOR issues according to the overwhelming number of reports from console players.
Console players are the biggest portion of the Warzone player base, yet are receiving the worst treatment.
This needs to change, and it needs to change fast. https://t.co/Aeehk0Qcue
