There are serious weaknesses in the new Verdansk map: In some places you can glitch under the map and collect kills without being seen.
Some warzone players are cheating right now by glitching under the map and collecting kills from there without being seen. If this sentence brings back unpleasant memories for you – yes, the bug is unfortunately old news in Call of Duty: Warzone. Actually, the problem has already been fixed, but with the update to Verdansk ’84 it has returned.
The most annoying map glitch is back again
What is the problem? In several places of the new Verdansk map, it is possible to dive below the surface of the map. However, this does not cause the player to simply fall through the world, but allows him to move around undisturbed. He can’t be seen from above (i.e. you can’t shoot him), but he can collect kills in peace. There are videos on Reddit that show exactly that in the kill cam:

Which locations are affected? We deliberately refrain from naming the exact locations. But to let you know where you better pay special attention, we list the places where the glitch is said to be possible:
- Verdansk Stadium
- Superstore
- Verdansk Airport
- Train station
- Downtown
- TV Station
- Farm
What can I do about it? The most annoying thing is that you can’t protect yourself from it. If you are unlucky and end up in a match with an unscrupulous player, he can target you. Your only option is to report him and wait for a fix from the developers. The well-known info portal ModernWarzone currently collects all reports and forwards them directly to Raven Software.

When exactly a fix will be released is currently unknown. The map glitch does not appear in the official Trello schedule yet, but we expect it to be treated with high priority soon. Just recently, a Warzone developer complained because cheaters are ruining his heart project.
