A poll in Call of Duty: Mobile suggests that the Battle Royale hit could soon be playable on mobile devices.

The post from the news site “ModernWarzone” shows a screenshot of a survey that is apparently being played out to players of Call of Duty: Mobile. In it, the developers ask if players would like to see “new Battle Royale maps, such as Verdansk” in the mobile game as well. The possibility of a zombie mode is also brought up in the survey.

For several months, there has already been speculation about a possible spin-off of the Battle Royale hit for mobile devices. In November 2020, a job posting from developer Activision had given hints about a possible release of the game (we reported).
The mobile market holds great importance for the American developer studio. Since the release of CoD: Mobile, the game has recorded more than 300 million downloads, according to Sensor Tower. It also generated sales of around $644 million by the end of 2020.
