New Warzone glitch causes attachment chaos and zero recoil

A new glitch in Warzone is causing trouble in the community. This time, however, it’s not about the weapons, but their attachments.

A new day, a new bug seems to be the current motto in Activision Blizzard’s battle royal shooter Warzone. No sooner has the accidentally buffed PPSh-41 been generated back to a normal level in the latest patch than the next bug pops up.

Double Perks

A newly discovered glitch causes Perks to transfer from one weapon to another, so instead of the usual two there can be four on the same weapon.

As if that wasn’t enough, this allows Modern Warfare and Cold War Perks to transfer to Vanguard weapons and vice versa. As you can see in Yeet’s video, this sets the recoil to zero and the weapon becomes absolutely OP

What? How?

The bug was first spotted by Twitch streamer “Yeet” and probably falls into the category of “How do you come up with this?!”. In order to trigger it, you have to perform a series of actions that aren’t exactly commonplace during a normal Warzone match.

Of course, Warzone guru JGOD has already made a YouTube video about it, in which he describes the glitch in detail and explains how you can trigger it..

Warzone developers are on it

No sooner had the glitch made the rounds in the Warzone community than the developers came forward and announced an investigation. We can assume that Raven Software is already working on a solution to the problem and that the bug will soon be fixed.

Even though the developers reacted quickly, one wonders how many bugs and glitches still lie undiscovered in Warzone’s code and how they affect the game without our knowledge.
