The Battle Pass for Warzone 2 and Mordern Warfare 2 has been announced and promises us lots of new content.
Season 5 in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 starting on August 2 will bring us a new Battle Pass, many new maps, modes and even more. In addition, there will be a remake of the well-known map Strike from Call of Duty 4.
In addition to the normal Battle Pass, there will also be a premium version called Black Cell. It offers even more rewards and also tier skips to complete the Battle Pass faster.

Black Cell for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone
The Black Cell Premium Battle Pass is expected to cost 29.99 euros as it has in every previous season.
With Black Cell, the following rewards are available:
- Access to the entire Season 5 Battle Pass and directly 20 tier level skips (25 on Playstation). In addition, the Battle Pass includes 1,400 COD Points.
- 1,100 COD Points
- New BlackCell Operator named Arthur
- Arthur”s dog Merlin as companion
- Virtual battle announcer assistant “Gwen”
- Pro-Tuned weapons blueprints, finishers, random parachute and random contrails
- Direct access to additional sectors of the Black Cell Battle Pass
- Exclusive BlackCell-only Battle Pass Content: Eight BlackCell Alt Operator Skins, Six BlackCell Tracer Weapon Blueprints, and Two Vehicle Skins
- Operators use specific BlackCell blueprint variants. You can recognize them by the tracer bullets and gold and black arnaments and effects
- Players who subsequently upgrade to Black Cell will receive 1100 COD Points back
Companions in Warzone, Multiplayer and DMZ
For the first time it will be possible to have companions with you. These are available in Warzone, Multiplayer and DMZ and will mainly play a role in finishing moves.
Tiers and Rewards in Season 5 Battle Pass
By completing the Battle Pass, many different rewards await you and you will receive back enough COD Points to offset the initial cost. This means that you will get the 1,100 COD Points you used back in full when you complete the pass.
You”ll also receive rewards such as new operators, weapons, blueprints, cosmetic items, and more.
You will also receive a blue and silver version of the “Take Point” assault rifle blueprints, the “Lucena” weapons blueprint for the shotgun, and a 10% boost for the Battle Pass.

Velican is the 4th operator in Season 5 and can be unlocked in the 19th sector of the Battle Pass.
