In CS:GO the powerful M4A1-S will be generated with the latest patch. But some maps will get an update, among them Ancient.

Valve is releasing a new patch for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on Wednesday. Not only is the powerful M4A1-S being generated there, but the Ancient map is also getting some changes.

The silenced assault rifle M4A1-S is one of the top weapons in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. With the new update, however, the rifle will be toned down. The magazine size has been reduced from 25 to 20 rounds. As a result, the number of available cartridges in reserve has increased slightly. Previously there were 75 and since the update there are 80.

Due to the reduction of the magazine capacity, players now have to reload earlier, which is a disadvantage in combat with several enemies at the same time. In addition to the changes to the assault rifle, Valve is also changing a total of five maps with the update. Inferno, Vertigo and Cache as well as Vineyard and Ancient will be reworked with the patch.

Ancient receives the most changes in Counter-Strike. The area near the Cave was improved by removing the boxes outside. In addition, a few pixel gaps were repaired there. In addition, new obstacles were added at B for protection and the wallbang damage from the scaffolding was also reduced there.
