Without BIG and Sprout! Last hope MOUZ

For the two German organisations from Berlin, the journey home is already on the agenda. While Sprout was already eliminated in the play-in phase of the tournament, the BIG Clan still managed to qualify for the group phase of the tournament

In the play-in phase of the tournament, the BIG Clan still managed to qualify for the group phase of the tournament.

However, they lost in the upper bracket game against G2 with a clear 0-2 and in the lower bracket game against Team Spirit with a close 1-2.

This leaves the last German representation to MOUZ, the Hamburg organisation with the last German hopeful JDC.

Next Match: MOUZ vs. Complexity (Bo3)

Match start: 06.02.2023 – 16:00 CET

It’s do-or-die for the mice! In the lower bracket of the tournament, losing a Bo3 encounter is punishable by elimination. We think the chances of a win over Complexity are very good for the team currently in 8th place in the world rankings.

Preliminary decision in the CS:GO-El Clásico G2 vs. NaVi?

In the upper bracket of Group A of the IEM Katowice 2023, the two arch-rivals NaVi and G2 will meet again on 06.02.2023 at 16:00. Both teams have so far qualified for the final of the upper bracket with solid 2-0 games. However, one could always see dips in performance on both sides, which makes a prediction much more difficult.

Should a s1mple have another bad day in this best-of-three, m0nesy and co will surely make the play-offs. However, G2 has proven many times that they have an extremely hard time reading NaVi’s style of play

This match will almost certainly decide whether a G2 or a NaVi will face the current CS:GO supremacy FaZe Clan.

G2 vs. NaVi (Bo3)

Game start: 07.02.2023 – 16:00 CET

Update (02.02.2023):

BIG with dream start!

BIG vs. Complexity (Bo1)

ANUBIS (16-12)

In Berlin International Gaming’s (BIG) opening game against Complexity, it was already clear from Anubis’ T-side that tabseN and his boys had come to stay.

With a solid 11-4 they got the edge against the North American mixed team, which ultimately gave them the win against Complexity. Although they won the first three rounds after halftime, Complexity regained momentum and secured 8 more rounds before losing to BIG Clan by a score of 16-12.

On the second map Mirage BIG shone with a 16-9. k1to also made his mark here with a total of 25 kills that sent FURIA into a downward spiral.

ANCIENT (16-9)

On the decision map Ancient, k1to once again outdid themselves.

With over 11 entryfrags, an ADR of 145 and a total of 33 kills, he outclassed KSCERATO and his boys into the lower bracket of the play-in phase, securing BIG a spot in the group stage of the event.
