A CS:GO organisation has fired one of their players for questionable statements – after only three weeks!

The Esports organisation Into the Breach has kicked out its CS:GO player Adam Zouhar. The reason is said to have been critical statements that apparently violated the values of the org.

The recently joined pro, who played in competitions as “NEOFRAG“, had only been on the team for three weeks. As of August 3, the player’s contract has now been terminated.

What is the reason for the termination?

NEOFRAG had apparently cracked “little jokes” which were reason enough for the organisation to part ways with the player.

In an official statement Into the Breach had the following to say about the dismissal “The principles of our organisation are clear and we treat everyone according to the same principles. “

The message clearly illustrates the principle of equality within the organisation. According to Into the Breach, NEOFRAG has apparently crossed a moral line. The CS:GO team felt compelled to end all contact with the professional.

This is what the CS:GO community thinks

The exact statements of NEOFRAG are not known at this time, but there is speculation on social media about the reason for the dismissal.

Many CS:GO fans speculate that the reason for termination is due to a video clip from 2022. At that time, Adam Zouhar was representing Team Sinners and allegedly made racist remarks.

However, the organisation’s founder and CEO Sam Macedonio confirmed that the video clip had no bearing on the termination decision.

Who will take the vacant seat?

In addition, the release of NEOFRAG took place during the CCT Online Finals, which is why a successor for the CS:GO team is urgently needed. There is still no information from the organisation about a short-term replacement or a long-term replacement.

It is therefore still unclear which players will be on the team for the release of CS2.
