Secret new features from the huge update 1.5 are still surfacing. The new missions are tiny, but are causing wild speculation.
Night City is full of unsolved mysteries. This is all the more true since patch 1.5 for Cyberpunk 2077 sneaked a lot of changes into the game that didn’t even appear in the long patch notes. We have collected a few of these secret innovations in a separate article. But since then, new mini-quests have appeared that have put question marks over the heads of the community.
Although they are more like Easter Eggs than real quests, they are causing excited speculation. Is there more to the seemingly trivial novelties?
Who is Angie “Pakeha” Mielech?
What’s going on here? After patch 1.5, a woman is standing on a dock in Downtown and crying loudly. Scan her and her name pops up: Angie “Pakeha” Mielech. The only other information is that she is a citizen. You cannot speak to her, but you can still help her.
Jump into the brackish harbour water behind her and dive for her key. Hand it to her and she stops sobbing, thanks you profusely and transfers 1000 credits to you. By the way, this quest does not have its own diary entry. In the video you can see the complete procedure:

What’s behind it? Some players suspect that CDPR is just having a little fun here, perhaps an allusion to simple “go and find X” quests. Or an allusion to The Witcher 3, where you can also dip something out of a well for a crying woman. Others believe they are on the trail of a conspiracy – because there must actually be more behind such a seemingly unimportant encounter, right?
For example, some are creeped out by the character’s striking blue eyes. They believe in a connection to Mr. Blue Eyes, a mysterious character who may play an important role in an upcoming expansion. Therefore, some keep the key and search for a matching lock in Night City, so far without success. But Angie has been found again: Apparently she is sitting in the bar in “The Heist”.
A favour for a friend
What’s going on? Occasionally players report that this quest is shown to them but does not appear in the journal and cannot be solved. Nothing can be found about it online either. Especially strange: There is a quest with the same name in Witcher 3.

What’s behind? The short quest description talks about a conversation between five travellers and true happiness in life. Here, die-hard cyberpunk detectives will immediately prick up their ears: Does this possibly have something to do with the Vetruvian monk statues of Night City, which have been the subject of puzzlement for months?
But maybe it’s just a glitch that displays a quest that has actually been deleted. Or maybe it’s a placeholder for a quest that will be finalised later, possibly in the announced expansion.
Dancing Robot
What’s going on? Behind a clothes shop in Kabuki (Watson District), near Bellevue Overwalk station, is a collapsed robot. With a sufficiently high tech value, V can repair it, which obviously makes the little guy very happy: when you activate it, it plays music and dances away. To admire, among others, here on YouTube:
What’s behind it? This is probably a classic Easter Egg without any deeper meaning. You don’t get a reward here either – okay, you see a dancing robot. That’s something too.
Patch 1.5 didn’t bring much new content, we’ll probably have to wait for the add-on for that. On the other hand, many comfort functions have been added and great wishes of the community have been fulfilled, such as being able to buy new flats. In our post-test, you can read why Cyberpunk 2077 now feels better than ever.
