The Time Dilation Overhaul for Cyberpunk 2077!

The Time Dilation Overhaul for Cyberpunk 2077 lets you use new abilities in combat. But it can also make enemies stronger.

Like many other games, Cyberpunk has an extremely active and creative modding community that regularly offers interesting changes and improvements to the game.

A brand new project now gives you spectacular fighting techniques via Cyberware but also makes the game a bit more challenging. We explain how that works here.

Powerful new abilities

The mod called (Time Dilation Overhaul) aims to improve the cyberware already in the game that allows you to slow down time. To this end, it brings a host of new enhancements to the game called Sandevistan, some of which give you completely new abilities. Among other things, you can:

  • Deflect or even reflect enemy projectiles so that the enemies themselves are hit (Who doesn”t think of a certain sorcerer?)
  • Increase the rate of fire of your ranged weapons many times over.
  • Teleport you over a short distance

By the way, with the Time Dilation Overhaul not only the existing Sandevistan mods are revised, but also completely new ones are added. You can see the mod in action in the following video:

All this comes at a price: However, you must be careful. Because enemies can also use the new cyberware. So it”s possible that they will move just as fast as you, or even faster. So be sure to scan a group of enemies before the fight.

How do I install the mod?

How to install the mod: If you want to try out the overhaul yourself, it”s a bit more work. (On the corresponding page) from Nexusmods you can simply download the file and unpack it into your game folder. However, some other mods listed there are necessary to make the Time Dilation Overhaul work. These will be shown to you when you download the mod.

If you are installing multiple mods, it is advisable to use the (Vortex Mod Manager) provided by Nexusmods.

What do you think of the new abilities that come with the overhaul? Would you like to try them out in combat, or would you rather do without mods? Feel free to post your thoughts in the comments!
