Diablo 4 is getting a Collector’s Edition, but it doesn’t include the game. So what’s in it anyway? We’ll tell you!
The different editions of Diablo 4 have already been leaked. Only about the Collector’s Edition there was no information. But now that the action role-playing game has received a fixed release date, all editions have also been officially revealed.
Especially the Collector’s Edition is now the topic of conversation. Because it contains a lot of goodies – but one thing is missing: the game! So if you order the Collector’s Edition, you’ll only get the goodies, and you’ll have to buy the game again separately!
If you still want to get the Collector’s Edition, you’ll have to be quick. This special edition is limited and will eventually sell out It is not known exactly how many of these there will be.
Presale begins on 15 December and (runs through the Blizzard Gear Store).
What’s in the Collector’s Edition?
Good, we have just clarified that the Collector’s Edition does not include a full version of the game. But what exactly is in this limited edition package? That was revealed (in a new blog entry).
These are the contents of the collector’s box:
- A candle of creation: A fancy red candle that most likely works electrically.
- A cloth map of Sanctuary: An intricately designed map of the game world. Here you can see the area you travel in Diablo 4 and not all of Sanctuary.
- An art book: A book of development art and concept art.
- An occult mouse pad: A black mouse pad with a pentagram.
- A collectible Horadrim pin: A lapel pin that identifies you as a member of the Horadrim.
- Two matte art prints: You will receive two matte prints featuring artwork from Diablo 4, measuring 47cm by 27.4cm.
In total, you will pay 97 US dollars for this box, which is about 92 euros. The standard edition of Diablo 4 costs 70 euros, which brings the total to about 160 euros.

You can get a taste of the cosmetic content in this overview. Keep in mind that some of this content is intended for other games and will be unlocked on different dates.
- Diablo 3: Items will be added to your account on 16 December.
- World of Warcraft: The content for WoW will be added to the MMO from 9 December. But only for the PC version. If you ordered D4 on PS5 or Xbox Series S/X, you’ll have to wait until 6 June 2023.
- Diablo Immortal: You can redeem the new set from 14 December. Again, console players will have to wait until 6 June 2023.
