From 15 to 21 March, those interested can enter the world of Sanctuary for free. Diablo II: Resurrected and the expansion Lord of Destruction are available to Xbox owners for up to three hours. If you decide to buy after the test phase, you can transfer all your progress without any problems. The remaster of the fantasy RPG released in 2000 features fresh 3D graphics and audio as well as completely new cutscenes.
Diablo II: Resurrected offers console gamers the chance to play the 20-year-old classic for the first time. However, there were some teething problems after the release. Server problems and various bugs robbed players of the fun of multiplayer. In the meantime, these problems are a thing of the past and players can enjoy the beautified battle for Sanctuary.
Recently, Microsoft announced the acquisition of Activision Blizzard. The free trial of Diablo II: Resurrected could be another demonstration of the union between the two companies.
