Starting December 17, you can take the sleigh ride to hell and go on a goblin hunt. Here’s everything you need to know.
With the holidays just around the corner, Diablo 4 is really turning up the heat. The Slay Ride to Hell event will get you in the mood. In addition to special activities, time-exclusive rewards await you. We’ll tell you how to get your hands on them here.

The winter event Slay Ride to Hell starts on December 17 at 7pm German time and ends on January 2 at 7pm So you have a good two weeks to take part in the sleigh ride to hell. Remember to collect all rewards by January 2!
From December 19 to January 3, you can also test the Ghostborn from Vessel of Hatred for free.
Activities: What do I have to do during the event?
To collect as many rewards as possible for the community, you’ll have to lend a hand. Your task is to hunt treasure goblins for the community. The more the community hunts, the more rewards you’ll get.
This is how you gradually unlock milestones and, after each level, you can collect your reward chests at the goblin square in Kyovashad If you own Vessel of Hatred, there are extra chests.

A total of five levels can be reached, with levels 3-5 also unlocking cosmetic items in the shop.

- Legendary Weapon Chest (Contains 3 bequeathed legendary items with a guaranteed major affix)

- 1 legendary rune and 2 random runes
- Random Undercity Tribute
- Level 2: Goblin Bag – Slay 10,000,000 Goblins in Sanctuary
- Unique and Legendary Weapon Chest (Contains 3 bequeathed legendary items and one bequeathed unique item with a guaranteed major affix)
- With Vessel of Hatred:
- Random Undercity Tribute
- 1 legendary rune and 3 random runes
- Level 3: Great Goblin Bag – Slay 15,000,000 goblins in Sanctuary
- Mount Trophy: Fruits of the Harvest
- Unique Weapon Chest (Contains 3 bequeathed legendary items and two bequeathed unique items with a guaranteed major affix)
- With Vessel of Hatred:
- 5 Lower City tributes of a glowing color (united)
- 2 legendary runes and 3 random runes
- Level 4: Large Goblin Bag – Slay 25,000,000 Goblins in Sanctuary
- Mount Trophy: Harvest Mare Totem
- 3 bequeathed unique items (all with a guaranteed major affix)
- With Vessel of Hatred:
- 6 runes (3 legendary, 2 rare, 1 random)
- Citadel Coins
- Level 5: Mythic Goblin Bag – Slay 40,000,000 Goblins in Sanctuary
- 1 Glorious Spark
- Harvest Mare’s Steed Armor
- 3 Bequeath Unique Items, 8 Bequeath Legendary Items (all with a guaranteed major affix)
- With Vessel of Hatred:
- 8 runes (5 legendary, 2 rare, 1 random)
- 3 Ascension Tributes (converged)
- 5 Glowing Tributes (converged)
- 20,000 Citadel Coins
During the event, you will also enjoy the benefits of Mother’s Blessing. This not only gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling inside, but also bonus XP!
Lilith blesses you with a multiplier for experience points and gold that applies to both the seasonal and eternal realms. The bonus is stackable, so you can combine it with elixirs and the Urn of Aggression for maximum profit.
