Cristiano Ronaldo invests several million US dollars in UFL. An amount that will help Strikerz Inc. with the development of the soccer simulation
A bang at the end of the year! Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo joins UFL as an investor, bringing a real windfall to developer studio Strikerz Inc.
The 38-year-old, who has already acted as a brand ambassador, is thus providing further financial resources to drive the development of the new soccer simulation forward – and the amount is impressive!
This is how much Ronaldo is investing in EA competitor UFL
The news of CR7’s investment is sure to be welcomed by the ever-growing UFL community. The striker, who is now under contract with Al Nassr FC, is investing a total of 40 million US dollars in the new soccer simulation, which is seen as potentially the biggest competitor for market leader EA and therefore FC 24
With the joyful words “What a day for us at Strikzer Inc. and UFL. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again: UFL is the hottest opportunity in gaming and with such a high caliber board, we’re going to help it reach incredible heights,” CEO Eugene Nashilov commented on the news, again referencing the current testing phase in the aftermath.

The game is currently in a closed alpha, which according to Strikerz Inc CTO Max Chernega is like a maiden voyage. However, it is still unclear when the finished version of UFL will ultimately be launched on the market. The only thing that is certain is that the release planned for Q3 or Q4 2023 will not be feasible, making a further postponement unavoidable.
Nevertheless, according to Nashilov, it shouldn’t be too much longer. The release of the game is already “just around the corner.”
