The most exciting topic before FIFA 22 release: How do the ratings of the players look like? This is our prediction about the Top10 players of the Bundesliga.

In a few weeks the FIFA community can let off steam in FIFA 22 and already now everybody is puzzling how the ratings of the gold cards will look like. We have taken a look at the gold cards of the Bundesliga and dared to make a prediction.

Top10 Bundesliga Prediction

If you asked us, the following players from the Bundesliga would be among the top ten gold cards in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team:

ST: Lewandowski (Poland, FC Bayern Munich) 91 -☻ 92

TW: Neuer (Germany, FC Bayern München) 89 -☻ 90

ZDM: Kimmich (Germany, FC Bayern Munich) 88 -☻ 89

ST: Haaland (Norway, Borussia Dortmund) 84 -☻ 88

ZOM: Müller (Germany, FC Bayern Munich) 86 -☻ 88

TW: Sommer (Switzerland, Borussia M’Gladbach) 86 -☻ 88

LF: Gnabry (Germany, FC Bayern München) 85 -☻ 87

ZOM: Reus (Germany, Borussia Dortmund) 85 -☻ 87

ZM: Goretzka (Germany, FC Bayern München) 84 -☻ 87

LM: Kostic (Serbia, Eintracht Frankfurt) 83 -☻ 86

EA Sports creates the new ratings of the player cards early and does not count the performance of the players from the European Championship. If the European Championship performance had counted, Manuel Neuer would probably have stayed at an 89 overall rating

The biggest changes

The biggest rating jumps will probably be Haaland, Goretzka and Kostic.

Norwegian Erling Haaland scored 27 goals in 28 Bundesliga games and set up seven others. An 84 overall rating is extremely unrealistic for the 21-year-old. With a market value of 130 million euros, a rating increase of four points should probably be the least.

Leon Goretzka has become a key player in the Bayern centre after the pandemic-induced league break. Together with Kimmich, the ex-Schalker carries the team in both offensive and defensive play. With a +3 rating, a Bundesliga top 10 ranking should be in the cards.

The last player in the bunch who could catapult himself into the Top10 is Filip Kostic. The Frankfurt player scored four goals last season and set up 15 others. That made him one of the best Bundesliga players in 2020/21.
