According to the EA-Sports website, it will start on 22 September 2022 – the day when EA Play customers can also start in Early Access.
An exact launch time has not yet been announced. However, the web app has always started relatively reliably around 7 p.m. German time in the past years, even if there are often server overloads and login problems in the beginning.
So it is pretty sure that the Web App for FIFA 22 will start on Wednesday, 22 September 2022 at 7 pm.
The Companion App – that is the Mobile App for Android and Iphone – will launch on 23 September 2021.

However, you have to fulfil certain conditions for a successful participation, because not everyone can take part. The most important requirement is that you have already managed a FUT Club in FIFA 21, which you must have founded before 14 August 2021.
However, you cannot change the platform: If you want to change from the PC to the PS5 version because you don’t want to miss out on the features that are missing on the computer, you have to create a completely new team, which is only possible in the game itself.
