Despite losing the top of the table, Arsenal FC dominate the Premier League TOTS in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team (FUT) – the Gunners provide 6 out of 15 players.
The 1:4 in the direct duel could have been the decisive neck blow for the Gunners. City outdid Arsenal and overtook the capital club in the English table, currently the Skyblues have a one-point lead – with one game less.
Given the current form of the Citizens, a championship has become rather unlikely for Arsenal. Nevertheless, the Londoners dominate the Premier League’s Team of the Season (TOTS) in FUT 23 – receiving twice as many TOTS cards as City.
Aaron Ramsdale (90) guards the TOTS goal, while William Saliba (92) and Oleksandr Zinchenko (92) are part of the defense. While the Ukrainian’s strongly balanced object moves into the Gullit Gang, the Frenchman shines mainly thanks to defense (92) and physicality (91).
On offense, Martin Ödegaard (92) and both wingers Gabriel Martinelli (93) and Bukayo Saka (93) are TOTS cards in the FUT 23 packs. The Brazilian and the Englishman each have a fabulous pace – 98 and 96 points respectively.
Rashford with maximum speed
Flinker on the move in the Premier League TOTS is only Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, who gets to the maximum of 99 pace counters. Also released as a special card was his teammate Casemiro, who has the strongest physicality (97)
He shares this top score with a professional from City rivals: Rúben Dias. The central defender shares the same overall rating
(96) again shares second place in the TOTS with Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah, who has the best dribbling (97).
Beyond Dias, two other Skyblues have made it into the Premier League TOTS: Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne. The Norwegian and Dutchman unsurprisingly have the highest overall scores with 97 points each.
While Haaland recently set a new Premier League record with his 35th goal of the season, De Bruyne is by far the best provider of assists in the top flight on the island with 16 – two guarantors of success in the sky-blue part of Manchester.
Son leads TOTS Moments trio
Rounding out the TOTS are Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, who is the only one to beat Haaland in shot value (98 to 97), and Newcastle United’s Bruno Guimaraes and Kieran Trippier.
The Brazilian impresses with his balanced special card, pace and shot (85 each) are the weakest basic attributes. The Englishman is also truly not a shooting monster (73), but scores with his passing (93) and speed (90).
Like last week s Community TOTS the Premier League TOTS is also accompanied by three TOTS Moments objects. Tottenham Hotspur’s Heung-min Son (94), Manchester United’s Raphael Varane (94) and Chelsea FC’s Reece James (91) are available.
