Cristiano Ronaldo got a special card for the release of the SPL-TOTS in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team (FUT) – the attacker appeared as a TOTS-Moments-Player.
The question of whether the TOTS Moments cards are now officially defined as TOTS cards divides opinions even at EA SPORTS. They were included in the Weekend League Rewards for Community TOTS, but they were not recognised as SBC use.
The answer also determines whether Cristiano Ronaldo made it into the Saudi Professional League (SPL) TOTS. The Portuguese, who has been under contract with Al-Nassr FC since the winter, has been given a TOTS moments item – with a 96-overall rating.
Thanks to 12 goals in just 13 league games since, he has earned the special card in sporting terms. CR7 has 98 points for shooting, while dribbling and pace (94 each) are also strong. The veteran is accompanied by two teammates from Al-Nassr.
Brazilian Anderson Talisca (93) has been given the strongest pure TOTS property in the SPL, he is to be drawn from the FUT 23 packs. Ex-Bundesliga pro Luiz Gustavo (90), on the other hand, can still be unlocked for six days via the completion of four Objectives.

Talisca comes up trumps with 95 points each for dribbling and shooting, pace (91) and passing (90) also crack the 90 mark. Saudi Arabian league leaders Al-Ittihad Club also received three TOTS cards, as befits their status.
Romarinho (91), Ahmed Hegazi (88) and Marcelo Grohe (88) have been added to the TOTS by EA SPORTS. The focus is on the Brazilian thanks to a 98 pace – the highest in the SPL – and he has also been awarded 93 dribbling points.
Rounding out the selections for the Pack are Odion Ighalo (90) of Al-Hilal Saudi FC, Mohammed Fouzair (89) of Al-Raed SFC and Hassan Tombakti (89) of Al-Shabab. The latter stands out due to an opaque scoring system.
70 dribble causes irritation
Tombakti has 70 points as the basic value Dribbling on the TOTS card itself. Looking at the specific attributes, questions arise: Agility, Balance and Reactions all have a maximum of 99 points
Rest (90) and ball control (86) are also clearly above 70, only the attribute of the same name, dribbling (44), drops sharply. On pure average, this actually results in 86 points, but the weighting is not done uniformly.

It seems questionable, however, why a player who is extremely agile, calm and balanced and has strong ball control should have such miserable dribbling. EA SPORTS seems to have adjusted the centre-back downwards
The final TOTS card on the current stand went to Kaku (90) of Al-Taawoun FC. The Paraguayan is to be added to their own team via SBC, with the cheapest deal for the Gullit Gang midfielder costing just over 30,000 coins (as of 15/05).
