Like last year the Rulebreakers have been released in FUT 22 at Halloween time. There are some strong cards in Team 1.
The grumbling of Antonio Rüdiger has apparently paid off. The German international in the service of Chelsea FC is not only one of the new rulebreakers in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, but has also received a speed boost. The promo cards were released last week Friday.
At the start of FIFA 22 Rüdiger had still complained that his gold card can only show a 75 tempo value. Because the defender had proven his sprinting qualities enough. EA Sports took this to heart and gave the already assertive defender more speed. Thus, Rüdiger has an 84 speed in his new Rulebreakers version. In addition to his high physicality and defensive values, the centre-back is also one of the best Rulebreakers cards presented in Team 1. With over 300,000 coins on the transfer market, he stands tall for a defensive player.

Also to be rated highly is Erling Haaland. The top striker of Borussia Dortmund is ironically four points weaker in shooting than on his gold card, but gets an unusual boost in the passing game. The Norwegian improves by a whopping 25 points and thus has a 90 score to show for it. Because his 91-physis with the same high speed also excels, Haaland also offers himself as a noble preparer. However, he is also correspondingly expensive: the offensive star is currently being traded for over 700,000 coins on the transfer market.

Also highly rated is Ousmane Dembélé. The FC Barcelona right attacker brings everything for the position. He is fast (88), dribbles well (89) and even brings an 86 shot. Especially because the Frenchman also has five stars each on skills and weak foot, he is a top candidate for finesse finishes. Accordingly, Dembélé is currently expensive at over 900,000 coins.
For Bundesliga users, Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby is an option for the left side. As expected, the Frenchman is fast at 96 pace and has been greatly improved in terms of shot quality to 85. However, just two stars on his weak foot puts a spanner in the works for him to deliver cut balls dangerously on goal.
Also good Rulebreakers cards are:
- Frank Onyeka (ZDM, 84 GES, 82 pace, 85 defense, 86 physicality)
- Trent Alexander-Arnold (RV, 89 GES, 90 pace, 83 defence, 76 physique)
