The “Road to the Knockouts” event kicks off in FIFA 23, with the UEFA Champions League unveiling RTTK cards Aubameyang, Lemar and Süle.

The UEFA Champions League announced the first three cards from the “Road to the Knockouts” event on Thursday. These special cards can be found in FIFA 23 in the FUT packs and on Friday the Road to the Knockouts event will launch in the game.

The event was already part of previous FIFA parts and usually always brought quite dynamic cards into the football simulator. What is special about the virtual footballers is that their rating is improved when the real teams celebrate successes in the Champions League, Europa League or Conference League.

However, it is not yet known what EA Sports has in mind for the “Road to the Knockouts” event this year. However, the first three RTTK cards have already been released. In addition to Chelsea FC striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Borussia Dortmund defender Niklas Süle and Atlético Madrid’s Thomas Lemar are also included.

Aubameyang’s RTTK card gets an overall rating of 89 in FIFA 23. In Pace, the striker even achieves a rating of 91. In contrast, the Borussia Dortmund defender can shine with an overall rating of 87 and the Atlético Madrid midfielder has a rating of 86 in the football simulator.
