Fortnite and LEGO now appear to be expanding their cooperation. After integrating various gameplay modes into the shooter in the style of the building blocks, the companies now appear to be reversing the partnership. According to a leak, building sets in the style of the shooter are to be released.

Various LEGO modes have been available in Fortnite since December last year. Now it seems that various brick sets in the style of the popular shooter will soon be coming onto the market. At least that’s what a leak posted on Reddit tonight suggests.
According to the leak, four sets are set to come onto the market:

According to the leak, all four sets are to be launched on October 1 this year The list of models even includes prices for the German market. Here is an overview of the upcoming LEGO Fortnite models:

  • Durr Burger: 193 pieces; 14.99 euros
  • Supply Llama: 691 pieces, 39.99 euros
  • Peely Bone (18+): 1414 pieces, 99.99 euros
  • Battle Bus: 954 pieces, 119.99 euros

Thecomments on the leakare largely positive. Users are not only positive about the design, but also about the solid price range. The Peely Bone set in particular seems to be a special attraction for many.
Others are surprised that only the Battle Bus set seems to have minifigures. However, considering that the other LEGO Fortnite sets are models of popular characters, this decision doesn’t seem entirely out of the blue.

At this time, neither LEGO nor Epic Games have made an official announcement about the LEGO Fortnite sets. If the leak turns out to be true, we should be able to expect an official announcement soon.

Gaming & LEGO: A good partnership

LEGO has become an integral part of the gaming world in recent years. This can be seen in the popular video game adaptations in the style of the brick. On the other hand, LEGO regularly releases various sets for popular franchises from the gaming industry. These include sets for MAR10 Day, Animal Crossing and the recently announced Deku Tree from The Legend of Zelda.
